DGB Group N.V. (“DGB”, “the Company” or “the Group”) (AEX:DGB | NL0009169515) today provides an update regarding the dispute among certain of the Company’s major shareholders.
As announced on March 1st, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors has taken notice of a potential legal dispute among certain shareholders with respect to purported share transfers in October 2020.
DGB has invited the parties to settle this dispute amicably. At this stage there is no certainty whether an amicable settlement can be reached. So far DGB is aware, the parties have not initiated court proceedings at this time. The Company’s Board of Directors understands that both parties have in view to enter into discussions.
Further announcements will be made by the Company if and when required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
