(“DGB” or “the Group”) (Euronext: DGB: NL0009169515), a leading carbon project developer and ecosystem restoration company, announces the voting results of the Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) held earlier today on 6 July 2022 at 14:00h CET. DGB would like to thank those shareholders who participated.
All resolutions presented at the AGM received 100% approval. These included the approval of the 5 July 2022 AGM minutes, adoption of the 2022 annual account, discharge of the Executive Board and the adoption of new and revised corporate governance policies covering anti-corruption, equality in employment, political engagement, environmental sustainability, remuneration, and occupational health & safety. These policy changes are expected to steer our corporate governance, ethics, and sustainability efforts.
