DGB Group N.V. (Euronext: DGB) (‘DGB’) maakt vandaag de stemresultaten bekend van de Algemene Vergadering (‘AVA’) die eerder vandaag op 15 september 2021 om 14:00 uur CET is gehouden. Zoals eerder aangekondigd, werd de AVA in virtuele vorm gehouden vanwege de coronaviruspandemie om gezondheidsrisico's voor alle deelnemers te beperken en om te voldoen aan de richtlijnen van de Nederlandse overheid. DGB dankt de aandeelhouders die op afstand hebben deelgenomen voor hun flexibiliteit.
De AVA heeft alle besluiten goedgekeurd, waaronder de vaststelling van de jaarrekening 2020, decharge van de Raad van Bestuur, vaststelling van een nieuw beloningsbeleid (inclusief de beloning van de heer Selwyn Duijvestijn als Executive Director), goedkeuring van de DGB Aandelenoptieregeling 2021 , de toekenning van 1 miljoen aandelenopties aan de heer Nigel Farage en de benoeming van mevrouw Hilda van der Meulen en de heer Dick den Hartog als niet-uitvoerend bestuurders.
