Na het succesvol ontvangen van een opdrachtbrief van een Europees oob-accountantskantoor, heeft Euronext Amsterdam vandaag de stopzetting van het delistingsproces voor DGB bevestigd, wat de aanwezigheid van DGB Group op de beurs waarborgt.
DGB zal in de handelsgroep JG van Euronext Amsterdam blijven totdat de accountanscontrole van 2024 is afgerond. Het bestuur doet er alles aan om dit proces te bespoedigen. Door genoteerd te blijven op Euronext Amsterdam versterkt DGB haar zichtbaarheid op de wereldmarkt en biedt het toegang tot een brede investeerdersbasis, wat de langetermijndoelstellingen van de Groep ondersteunt.
