DGB Group N.V. (“DGB”, “de Vennootschap” of “de Groep”) (AEX:DGB | NL0009169515) geeft vandaag een update over het geschil tussen enkele van de grootaandeelhouders van de Vennootschap.
Zoals aangekondigd op 1 maart 2022, heeft de raad van bestuur van DGB kennis genomen van een mogelijk juridisch geschil tussen bepaalde aandeelhouders met betrekking tot vermeende aandelenoverdrachten in oktober 2020.
DGB heeft partijen uitgenodigd dit geschil in der minne te regelen. In dit stadium is er geen zekerheid of een minnelijke schikking kan worden bereikt. Voor zover DGB weet, hebben partijen op dit moment nog geen gerechtelijke procedure gestart. De Raad van Bestuur van de Groep begrijpt dat beide partijen met elkaar in overleg gaan.
Verdere aankondigingen zullen door DGB worden gedaan indien en wanneer vereist in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving.
