DGB Group N.V. (“DGB”, “de Groep” of ¨het Bedrijf¨) (Euronext: DGB: NL0009169515), een toonaangevende ontwikkelaar van grootschalige CO2-projecten en gericht op ecosysteemherstel, beëindigt de optierechten in DGB voor een voormalig adviseur van de Groep.
Op 15 september 2021 heeft de Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders de DGB Share Option Scheme 2021 ("Optieplan") goedgekeurd en de toekenning van aandelengerelateerde opties aan de heer Farage. Als onderdeel van zijn beloning ontving de voormalige adviseur één miljoen call-opties met een uitoefenprijs van €1,40, die konden worden omgezet in gewone DGB-aandelen op het moment dat de aandelenkoers €20 zou bereiken.
In oktober 2021 werd de positie van de adviseur opgeschort. De heer Farage heeft sindsdien geen actieve rol meer gespeeld in het bedrijf en er is geen huidige relatie. Aangezien de overeenkomst is beëindigd, zijn de optierechten vervallen.
